Calling for Return of Paediatric Services at Alexandra Hospital

I used my maiden contribution to Prime Minister's Questions to advocate for the reinstatement of paediatric services at Redditch’s Alexandra Hospital. The services were temporarily closed in 2016, leaving families without vital local care.
Drawing on my own personal experience as a parent, I highlighted the challenges faced by constituents and urged the government to take action. The Prime Minister acknowledged my long-standing campaign and committed to arranging a ministerial meeting to explore solutions.
With the government’s £25 billion NHS investment, I remain dedicated to securing the essential healthcare services Redditch families need and deserve.
