Community Friendship Benches Unveiled at Overdale Park

I proudly joined the Deputy Mayor and community members to unveil two new friendship benches at Overdale Park in Astwood Bank. Funded by The National Lottery Community Fund, these benches are part of an extensive park transformation, achieved through a partnership with Redditch Borough Council, Thorlux Lighting, and Astwood Bank in Bloom. In addition to the benches, recent upgrades include new footpaths and a vibrant floral planter.
