Fighting to Keep Six Nations Free to Air

I have joined calls to keep Six Nations rugby free to air, ensuring millions of fans can continue enjoying the tournament. Speaking in Westminster Hall, I highlighted the impact of previous broadcasting decisions, when moving England home games to subscription TV caused viewership to drop from 4-5 million to just 2 million.
With Six Nations games now averaging 8 million viewers, restricting access would be a huge loss for the sport.
I remain committed to keeping major sporting events accessible to all, so fans can enjoy the game without paywalls.
